Click & Collect

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up 'in stock' items in your nearest Supercheap Auto store in as little as 1 hour* (during business hours) - free of charge. Contact your nearest store for more information.

Step 1

Shop Online

Browse online and choose from thousands of products stocked in your local store, once you have found the product you are looking for simply add it to your shopping cart and checkout with Click & Collect.

Step 2

Proceed to Checkout

Once you've finished shopping, proceed to the checkout and select Pick Up Today. Upon selecting this option the page should update allowing you to nominate a store to collect your items from.

Step 3

Complete your Order

Check that all products are available for pick up and checkout as a Club Plus Member, Trade Member or Guest. Enter your payment details and complete your order. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Step 4

Collect your Order

When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a SMS or E-mail. Simply visit your chosen Supercheap Auto store during opening hours with proof of identification and a copy of your order confirmation to collect your items.

Click & Collect is available at all Supercheap Auto stores - subject to stock availability in your selected store.

No, we do not charge additional fees for this service, it is free of charge.

You will receive a notification either by SMS or email (depending on what you selected when you placed your order) to confirm your order is ready to be collected.

Your order confirmation and ID are required to pick up your order. A driver’s license is required for collection of orders over $100 value.

To protect our customers, only the person specified on the order details is able to collect the order and will be required to provide appropriate identification.

Store trading hours are displayed online on our store locator page and can vary by location.

Visiting the store prior to receiving the email or SMS alert may result in your items not being ready for collection when you arrive.

Your order must be collected within 14 business days, if you're unable to collect within this period of time we recommend contacting your collection store and advising when you will be able to collect your item. Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded after this period of time.
