The Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA227M purifies cabin air for passenger vehicles, trapping bacteria, viruses and particles down to 0.3 micron. Lab tested to ISO11155-2:2009, the N99 media achieves a 99.7% filtration efficiency rating at the 0.3 micron particle size, going well beyond a standard pollen filter.
The three-layer MicroShield media combines an anti-viral pre-filter, an activated carbon layer for odour elimination and an electrostatically charged layer for particle capture, with embedded anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents stopping trapped pathogens from growing inside the filter. Measuring 234mm long, 221mm wide and 30mm high, the flame retardant filter is designed for replacement every 15,000 kilometres or once a year to keep cabin air flowing clean.
