The Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA164M is engineered to purify in-vehicle air, protecting passengers from biological contaminants. Also known as a pollen filter, it uses three-layer MicroShield media comprising an anti-viral pre-filter, an activated carbon layer and an electrostatically charged layer to capture particles as small as 0.3 micron with up to 99.7% efficiency. Anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents embedded in the media eliminate pathogens from the airflow and stop them growing once trapped.
Ryco N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter RCA164M measures 219mm long, 194mm wide and 29mm thick, and uses flame retardant media. The filter also acts as an odour barrier against exhaust gases and noxious odours, traps pollen to ease allergy and hay fever symptoms, and is recommended for replacement every 15,000km or 12 months.
