The Gulf Western Superdraulic Zinc Free Hydraulic Oil ISO 46 205L 60006 is a zinc free mineral hydraulic fluid for systems with silver plated bearings. It is formulated without zinc additives so it suits hydraulic systems and components such as Lucas PM-500 series hydraulic pumps, where white metals including silver are present.
This hydraulic oil provides wear and oxidation protection that extends both component life and fluid life compared with conventional fluids containing zinc. It offers corrosion resistance for ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts, and its filterability minimises filter blockages even when the fluid becomes contaminated during use.
Superdraulic Zinc Free suits hydraulic equipment specifying an ISO 46 fluid and is also available in an ISO 68 viscosity for systems calling for a heavier grade. It is supplied in a 205 litre pack size and is not intended for systems requiring zinc-containing anti-wear hydraulic fluids.
