The Bowden's Own The Flat Head Wheel Brush is a purpose-built wheel barrel brush for performance and luxury car enthusiasts tackling open spoke wheels. Designed and made in Australia after a year of development, its tapered flat microfibre sock head slides through wheel spokes and behind brake calipers to shift the brake dust buildup a standard brush simply can't reach. At 50cm in total length, the long shaft keeps knuckles well clear of the wheel during cleaning.
The brush is completely metal-free. There is nothing in the construction that can scratch or mark alloy or painted wheel surfaces. The flexible sock tip adapts to the inner contours of most wheel designs, while the non-slip ergonomic handle with integrated knuckle protector gives confident grip even when going hard at heavily soiled barrels. The head tapers from 4.4cm at its widest to 3cm before the flexible tips, letting it work into the tightest spaces around calipers and inner seams. Works best paired with Bowden's Own Wheely Clean or Orange Agent wheel cleaner.
The microfibre sock is removable via tight elastic banding, so it can be washed after use or swapped for a replacement sock when it eventually wears out, no need to replace the entire brush. The high tensile plastic handle is built to last through years of regular detailing.
