The Bowden's Own Wheely Clean Wheel Cleaner 770mL is a dedicated, pH-neutral wheel cleaner engineered to tackle heavy brake dust on all wheel types. Its iron-reactive formula turns purple on contact with ferrous brake dust particles, dissolving them into a water-soluble complex that rinses cleanly away, making it ideal for high-performance and European vehicles where brake dust build-up is a constant challenge.
Wheely Clean's fast-acting blend of surfactants and degreasers gets to work in just 45–60 seconds, and the hydrophilic formula spreads evenly across the wheel face so it reaches into spokes and crevices without running off. The slowed dwell time means there's no risk of drying on the surface, even when doing multiple wheels at once. Use it scrub-free with a pressure washer for a low-contact clean, or follow up with a soft brush for heavily soiled barrels. Safe on clear-coated, polished alloy, chrome, painted, matte, anodised, billet, and plastic-dipped finishes, and confirmed safe for quality ceramic coatings too.
