The Basco Balance Shaft Timing Chain Kit to suit Toyota 1GDFTV ETK1342 is a direct replacement balance shaft chain and tensioner assembly for Toyota diesel engines. Manufactured from premium-grade steel, the kit is precision engineered to maintain exact timing for smooth, reliable engine operation and is built to withstand high-temperature, high-stress conditions. It suits the Toyota Fortuner, HiAce, HiLux and LandCruiser Prado fitted with the 1GDFTV 2.8L diesel engine, as well as HiLux Workmate variants fitted with the 2GDFTV 2.4L diesel engine.
This kit includes one timing chain and one tensioner only; gears are not included. Produced to meet or exceed OE standards of function, performance and fit, the kit carries a warranty equal to the OE replacement interval of 2 years or 40,000 kilometres.
