The Basco Drive Belt Tensioner Assembly IT-10009 maintains correct drive belt tension on Mazda2 DE and DY models fitted with the 1.5L ZY1 petrol engine. Manufactured to OE specifications, it features a ribbed pulley with a 73.5mm outer diameter and 26mm width for an accurate fit and reliable performance. The tensioner suits the Mazda2 DE (05/2008 to 10/2014) and Mazda2 DY (12/2002 to 08/2007), both fitted with the 1.5L petrol ZY1 engine.
This tensioner assembly is available individually or as part of selected Basco drive belt kits and timing belt kits, giving flexibility when replacing engine components. It weighs 1.8kg and is backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty.
