The Basco Radiator to Suit BMW 320i 323i E90 E91 E92 E93 RAD1109 is a direct replacement radiator engineered for BMW 1 Series and 3 Series petrol models. It suits manual gearbox and automatic variants fitted with an external oil cooler, covering engines from 1.6 to 4.0 litres across the E87, E90, E91, E92 and E93 chassis. The aluminium core is produced using nitrogen-protected brazing and high-frequency welded tube construction, and the unit is certified to ISO9001:2008 and IATF16949:2009 quality standards.
The radiator measures 460mm high by 600mm wide with a 32mm core thickness, and uses 38mm top and bottom hose inlets for a direct fit. It is supplied as a single unit ready for bolt-on, bolt-off installation, and is backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty.
