The Basco Aluminium Radiator To Suit Honda HR-V RU5 1.8L 2015-2021 RAD2405 is a direct OEM replacement built for the HR-V RU5 fitted with the 1.8L R18ZF engine. It suits LE and VTi variants built from January 2015 to September 2021, giving owners a bolt-on cooling system replacement without modification.
The core measures 375mm high by 669mm wide with a 16mm thickness, and the top and bottom hose inlets are 32.5mm OD to match factory hose sizing. Manufactured using nitrogen-protected aluminium brazing and high-frequency welded tube construction, the radiator is certified to ISO9001:2008 and IATF16949:2009 quality standards.
Aluminium construction keeps the radiator lightweight while reinforced tanks are built to handle sustained engine bay heat and vibration. It is supplied as a single unit, backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty, whichever occurs first.
