The Basco Rack End to suit Honda Civic FD 1.3L LDA2 1.8L R18A1 2006-2012 RE9889 is an inner tie rod rack end designed for precise steering fitment on Honda Civic FD models. Manufactured from high-strength steel with quality rubber components to original equipment specifications, it suits either the left or right side of the steering rack and measures 190mm in length with an M18 x 1.5 thread. Sold individually, it is built to reduce steering play and minimise vibration for smooth, stable handling.
This rack end replaces the inner tie rod end on the Honda Civic FD fitted with the 1.3L LDA2 hybrid petrol engine or the 1.8L R18A1 petrol engine built between February 2006 and January 2012, restoring accurate steering response without requiring vehicle modification. It is backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty.
