The Basco Intercooler to suit Isuzu D-Max TFR TFS Mazda BT-50 3.0L INT1040 suits vehicles fitted with the 4JJ3-TCX 3.0L diesel engine. It fits Isuzu D-Max TFR and TFS models (July 2020 to 2027), MU-X RJ, UC, UCR and UCS variants, and Mazda BT-50 B30, TFR and TFS variants including GT, XS, XT, XT Freestyle and XTR (2020 to 2027). The intercooler core measures 664mm wide, 145mm high and 62mm thick, with a 50mm inlet to outlet pipe diameter matching OEM dimensions.
Basco intercoolers are manufactured using nitrogen-protected aluminium brazing and high-frequency welded tube technology for consistent charge cooling performance, and are certified to ISO9001:2008 and IATF16949:2009 quality standards. Each unit is backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty.
