The Basco Starter Motor to Suit Toyota Camry/RAV4/Tarago/Avensis BSM1046 is a brand new 13-tooth starter motor engineered to replace the original unit in these Toyota models. It suits the Toyota Camry ACV36, ACV40 and AHV40 Hybrid, the Toyota RAV4 ACA38 and GSA33, the Toyota Tarago ACR50 and the Toyota Avensis ACM20 and ACM21, covering a wide range of petrol and hybrid variants across these ranges.
The starter motor runs a 1.6kW motor on 12 volts with counter-clockwise rotation, mounted via 122mm bolt centres and a 55mm flange diameter to match original equipment fitment points. Overall length is 220mm, with a 13-tooth pinion sitting 66mm at rest and measuring 40mm in diameter. It is backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty, whichever occurs first.
