The Basco Starter Motor 12V 1.2kW 8 Tooth BSM1041 is a replacement starter motor for vehicles showing no-crank or clicking symptoms when starting. It suits a wide range of Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Mazda and GWM models including the Triton, Express, Starwagon, Pajero, Lantra, Sonata and Steed, fitted with 8-tooth pinion configurations. Manufactured to ISO/TS16949 international quality standards, it delivers consistent cranking power and OE-grade fitment, with a balanced armature and heavy-duty solenoid for reliable operation in all conditions.
The starter motor features a 12V, 1.2kW output with clockwise rotation, an 18mm pinion at rest and a 28mm pinion diameter, matching OE specifications for correct engagement.
