The Basco Transmission Filter ATK1178 is a spin-on cartridge transmission oil filter built for selected Hyundai and Kia models with compatible automatic transmissions. It removes contaminants and particles from transmission fluid while maintaining consistent oil flow and pressure, helping protect critical transmission components during everyday driving, stop-start traffic and towing.
Built with heavy-duty housing and premium filter media, the filter is designed to meet OEM specifications for straightforward, direct-replacement installation. It is interchangeable with OEM part number 48197-2H000 and aftermarket cross-reference numbers 58369, V53-0220 and K310.
