It includes a tensioner bearing, idler, Gates timing belt and three oil seals covering the cam and crank, with the belt measuring 25.4mm wide and carrying 124 teeth. Components are sourced from leading global OEM brands including GMB, Gates, Koyo, NTN, INA and NSK and manufactured to industry leading standards.
This engine timing belt kit fits Citroen Berlingo, C2, C3, C4 and Xsara models along with Peugeot 206, 307 and Partner vehicles fitted with the TU5JP4, TU5JP4B or TU5JP4S engine, across applicable build dates. A water pump is not included but is available as an optional extra alongside hydraulic tensioners, drive belts and tensioner pulleys, letting technicians replace major wear items in the one service.
