The Basco Tension Pulley to Suit Isuzu D-Max & Mazda BT50 3.0L EP503 is a steel engine idler pulley for 4JJ1 and 4JJ3 diesel models. It is built from robust metal for added wear resistance in harsh Australian conditions, with precision bearings engineered for smooth, quiet operation. High-temperature lubricants and heavy-duty seals maintain reliable performance at high revolutions, and the pulley is manufactured to strict OEM specifications for accurate fitment.
This tensioner pulley includes an adjuster bolt for setting correct drive belt tension and suits Isuzu D-Max SX, LS-U and MU-X models, as well as Mazda BT50 XT, XTR and GT variants fitted with the 3.0 litre 4JJ1-TCX or 4JJ3-TCX engine from 2008 to 2026. It carries a 76.5mm bearing outside diameter, 17.0mm inside diameter and 18.0mm width, and is backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty.
