The Basco Differential Repair Kit DRKH06 is a complete IRS differential overhaul kit built to OEM specifications for Holden Commodore, Statesman and Calais owners rebuilding their diff. It brings together premium pinion and carrier bearings, pinion and axle seals, O-rings and a tube of gasket maker so a full differential rebuild can be completed from one box.
Fitting new bearings, seals and gaskets restores the differential to smooth, quiet running and guards against leaks and premature wear during everyday driving, towing and sustained highway revs. Heavy-duty seals and high-temperature lubricant additives are designed to keep the differential sealed and properly lubricated even at sustained high engine speeds.
The kit suits Holden Calais, Caprice, Commodore and Statesman VP, VR, VQ and VS IRS models, HSV VP, VR and VS variants, the Toyota Lexcen VP, VR and VS, and selected Nissan Urvan and Caravan models fitted with the same IRS differential, though it does not fit VS models with the 304 (LB9) engine.
