The Basco constant velocity axle, CVA1745 fits 5 speed manual Ford Transit VM models built between 2006 and 2018. It is manufactured to OEM specifications using heat-treated chrome steel for maximum strength and long service life. High-quality neoprene dust boots and stainless steel clamps keep out dirt and moisture, while a moly grease pack reduces friction and maintains smooth operation at varying angles, speeds and high revolutions.
This CV drive shaft, also known as a CV axle or constant velocity joint, has 28 splines on the outer wheel side and 36 splines on the inner differential side, with a tripod inboard joint and ball outboard joint.
