The Basco Constant Velocity Axle, CVA1397 replaces the front right hand side drive shaft on these Mitsubishi models. Manufactured to OEM specifications from heat-treated chrome steel, it is built to handle the strength and wear demands of daily driving. The CV joint, also known as a constant velocity joint, suits Mitsubishi ASX XA XB XC XD (07/2010 onwards), Lancer CJ CF CY4A 2.0L CVT (08/2007 to 10/2016) and Outlander ZJ ZK ZL GF7W 2.0L CVT (11/2012 to 07/2021) vehicles fitted with FWD or 4WD drivetrains.
High-quality neoprene dust boots and stainless steel clamps seal out dirt and moisture, while an internal fill of moly grease keeps the joint turning smoothly at varying angles and high revolutions. The shaft has a compressed length of 965mm with 28 splines on the outer wheel side and 27 splines on the inner differential side, and is supplied complete as a single CV shaft backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty, whichever occurs first.
