The Basco Constant Velocity Axle CVA1142 is a right hand side front CV axle built to OEM specifications. It suits the Ford Festiva WA DA1, WB DB1, GLI and Trio (1991 to 1996) and the Mazda 121 DB DB3P including Bubble and Shades (1990 to 1997), both fitted with the 1.3L B3 manual engine. Heat-treated chrome steel construction delivers strength and long service life, while high-quality neoprene dust boots and stainless steel clamps keep dirt and moisture out of the joint.
Packed with moly grease, this CV shaft, also called a drive shaft, maintains smooth operation at varying angles, speeds and high revolutions. It measures 884mm compressed, with 24 splines on the outer wheel side and 22 splines on the inner diff side, and is backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty, whichever occurs first.
