The Basco constant velocity axle, CVA1281 replaces the left front CV joint shaft on these V6 sedans and wagons. It is manufactured to OEM specifications from heat-treated chrome steel for strength and long service life, and is protected by neoprene dust boots with stainless steel clamps that keep out dirt and moisture. The shaft is packed with moly grease for smooth operation at varying angles, speeds and high revolutions, and features an outboard ball joint with an inboard tripod joint.
This drive shaft suits Magna TR/TS and Verada KR/KS sedans and wagons across Executive, Premium, Elite, Luxury and Touring variants, as well as Diamante and V3000 KR/KS models fitted with the 3.0 litre 6G72 V6 engine. It measures 616mm in length with a 27-spline wheel side and 26-spline inner/diff side, and uses an M22 x 1.5 hub nut. Supplied as a single CV shaft, it is backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty, whichever occurs first.
