The Basco Constant Velocity Axle CVA1069EXTD is a heavy duty telescopic CV axle for front left or right-hand side fitment. It suits the Toyota Hilux GUN125, GUN126 and GGN125, and the Toyota Fortuner GUN156, across 4WD automatic and manual variants from 10/2015 onward depending on model. The telescopic design uses a sliding extension shaft with roller splines, compressing to 630mm and extending to 687mm, allowing greater suspension articulation and reduced stress on components for lifted and non-lifted vehicles.
Manufactured to OEM specifications from heat-treated chrome steel, the CV shaft is fitted with high-quality neoprene dust boots and stainless-steel clamps that keep out dirt and moisture. It is packed with moly grease to reduce friction and ensure smooth operation at varying angles, speeds and high revolutions, and is designed and tested to OEM standards for reliable fitment and durability. The shaft is backed by a 2 year or 40,000km warranty, whichever occurs first.
