The Alemlube 20V Cordless Grease Gun 450g 630A is a battery powered grease gun designed for workshop and field lubrication jobs without an air compressor. It delivers grease pressures of up to 7,250 PSI (500 bar), with an operator safety valve limiting output from a maximum rated 10,000 PSI (700 bar). Adjustable delivery rates of 100g per minute or 160g per minute let you match flow to the job, and the gun dispenses up to 21 x 450g cartridges on a single charge in free flow mode or 16 cartridges when using the flex hose and coupler.

Alemlube 630A includes a heavy duty coupler with three way loading, so it accepts standard 450g cartridges, bulk grease or a filler pump. A 110cm grease hose with steel spring protection extends reach into tight lubrication points, while the backlit display shows real time battery level, grease level and grease dispensed. The kit ships with 2 x 2Ah lithium-ion batteries, a battery charger and a corrosion resistant plastic carry case, and an optional battery adaptor is available for Milwaukee M18 batteries.
