The Alemlube Two Post Clear Floor Hoist 4 Tonne 240V AA40CF2P-240V lifts vehicles up to 4,000kg for workshop servicing, repairs and inspection work. The clear floor two-post design gives unobstructed access underneath the vehicle, with a lifting height of 1,900mm and a minimum height of 100mm suiting low-clearance vehicles, while 4WD extensions are included for taller 4WDs and utes. A standard height clearance of 3,900mm covers most workshop ceilings, with an optional 300mm or 500mm extension kit available where extra clearance is needed.
This hoist runs an aluminium motor that improves cooling during high work demands, lifting in 60 seconds with a descent time of 18 to 40 seconds. This part is the 240V single phase power pack variant, an option to the standard three-phase supply, making it suited to workshops without three-phase power. A distance between columns of 2,760mm and a drive-through width of 2,640mm accommodate a wide range of vehicle sizes, and large diameter lifting pads comfortably support both large and small vehicles. The asymmetric lift arm design combines 2 and 3 stage arms with toe protection and automatic engaging safety arm locks, and the hoist carries Australian Worksafe design registration WAH 20951 and is manufactured to European CE standards.
