The Alemlube Diesel Refuelling Kit 24V 52001A is a 24 volt mobile diesel transfer pump system built for refuelling vehicles, plant and equipment away from a bowser. A self-priming rotary vane pump with a built-in bypass delivers flow rates of up to 50L/min, drawing fuel through a stainless steel and brass fuel filter and dispensing it through an automatic shut-off nozzle to prevent overfilling. The kit includes 4m of antistatic fuel delivery hose and 2m of battery cable for connecting directly to a vehicle's 24V battery supply.
This diesel transfer kit has a maximum head capacity of 15m and a suction capacity of up to 2m, giving it reach when the fuel source and the tank being filled are not side by side. A duty cycle of 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off suits intermittent refuelling tasks rather than continuous pumping. The pump is manufactured in Italy.
