The Zoo Performance GTX5544R 106mm V-Band Turbo ZOO-GTX5544R-106-1.22 is a triple ceramic ball bearing turbocharger built for high horsepower performance and motorsport applications. It carries a 1400-2850HP rating across 3.0L to 12.0L engine displacements, with a 106mm compressor inducer wheel, 144mm exducer wheel and 0.96 A/R compressor housing feeding a 1.22 A/R V-Band turbine housing.
The GTX5544R features a 13-blade billet aluminium compressor wheel with an aerodynamic tapered tip, temperature rated to 200°C, inside an anti-surge ported-shroud compressor inlet that improves surge resistance for sustained boost. The Inconel turbine wheel withstands operating temperatures up to 900°C, while the high-grade cast iron turbine housing is built for durability in sustained high-performance use.
Each turbo ships complete with stainless steel polished V-Band clamps, flanges, water fittings, a turbo drain gasket and an NPT 1/4" to -4AN oil feed fitting with a 1.6mm restrictor hole.
