The Zoo Performance G45 67mm Turbo 1125HP 1.44 A/R ZOO-G45-1125-1.44 is a dual ball bearing turbocharger built for petrol engines rated from 600 to 1125HP across 2.0 to 8.0 litre displacements. The 67mm compressor inducer and 102mm exducer wheel pair with a 0.85 A/R housing, while the 13-blade billet aluminium compressor wheel uses an aerodynamic tapered tip and is rated to withstand temperatures up to 200°C. The turbine side runs an 89mm inducer and 82mm exducer wheel machined from Inconel super alloy, holding its strength at operating temperatures up to 900°C, housed in a high grade cast iron turbine housing with a 1.44 A/R v-band inlet.
This turbo features a ported shroud compressor cover with an integrated speed sensor port and an anti-surge compressor inlet for improved surge resistance under boost. Every unit ships complete with stainless steel polished v-band clamps, flanges, water fittings, a turbo drain gasket and an NPT 1/4 inch to -4AN oil feed fitting with a 1.6mm restrictor hole, so the turbo is ready to plumb into a forced induction build straight out of the box.
