The Zoo Performance G30-770HP Series 58mm Turbo is engineered for performance vehicles running 475-770HP across 2.0L to 3.5L engine displacements, built around a dual ceramic ball bearing core for sharp throttle response. The turbine housing features a 1.01 A/R V-band inlet, with a 58mm compressor inducer and 71mm compressor exducer wheel milled from billet aluminium with a 9-blade, aerodynamically tapered design rated to 200°C. The ported shroud compressor cover includes a speed sensor port and an anti-surge inlet for reliable, continuous boost delivery.
This turbocharger pairs a cast iron turbine housing with an Inconel turbine wheel rated to 900°C for durability under sustained high exhaust temperatures. Each unit ships complete with stainless steel polished V-band clamps, flanges, water fittings, a turbo drain gasket and an NPT 1/4" to -4AN oil feed fitting with a 0.9mm restrictor, and is compatible with Zoo Performance's 200 Series PTFE nylon, stainless steel and black stainless steel hose.
