Its aluminium body is robot welded and leak tested, with a foam sump and E85 compatible construction designed to resist fuel starvation under high lateral g-force loads, and a silver anodised finish for a tough, low-maintenance look.
The fuel cell's fittings are precision machined from aircraft grade 6061 billet aluminium and hard anodised for ultimate protection and durability, with every fitting quality checked for a premium finish and consistent full flow performance. These fittings are compatible with Zoo Performance's 200 Series PTFE nylon, stainless steel and black stainless steel hose, allowing a complete fuel line to be built around the cell.
