The Zoo Performance 400 Series AN12 90 Deg Push Lock Fitting ZOO-OP0090-12 is a precision machined AN12 hose end for push lock fuel and fluid hose systems. It is machined from aircraft grade 6061 billet aluminium and hard anodised, giving the fitting protection against corrosion and a long service life under repeated use. Each fitting passes a quality control check during manufacture to ensure a consistent finish that supports full flow performance through the hose barb.
This AN12 90 degree hose fitting is designed to work with Zoo Performance's 400 Series push lock rubber hose, allowing the hose to be fitted over the barb using heat or lubricant rather than requiring a separate hose clamp. As line pressure increases, the hose compresses further onto the barb, strengthening the seal. The 90 degree angle suits routing where a straight fitting would not allow the hose to sit cleanly against surrounding components.
