The Zoo Performance 4" Quick Release Boost Clamp Silver ZOO-1771-400S is machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminium for securing boost and intercooler piping on turbocharged engines. Its hard anodised silver finish resists corrosion, and the quick release pin mechanism makes fitting or adjusting the clamp fast, even in tight engine bays.
Supplied with Viton O-rings for an optimal seal, this intercooler clamp is rated to a maximum operating pressure of 500 PSI and heat of up to 200°C, and tolerates up to 12 degrees of axial misalignment from engine flexing and vibration. The kit suits 4" (101mm) diameter piping and includes 2 weld ferrules, 1 internal sleeve and 2 Viton O-rings for a complete installation.
