The Zoo Performance 4" / 102mm Aluminium Donut ZOO-AD-400 is engineered from 6061 aluminium to achieve a tighter radius bend for custom intake, exhaust and intercooler piping. The 2mm wall thickness is robot precision machined and welded on the outside seam only, giving fabricators a consistent, weld-ready section for compact engine bay installations. A 40mm centre hole runs through the donut, and the lightweight aluminium construction resists rust and corrosion in under-bonnet conditions.
This aluminium pipe donut suits custom pipework where a standard mandrel bend cannot achieve the radius needed, letting fabricators cut and weld sections to the exact bend angle required for intercooler piping, exhaust routing or intake plumbing.
