The Zoo Performance Quick Release Boost Clamp 3.5" Gold ZOO-1771-350G is CNC machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminium for pressurised intercooler and boost piping on turbocharged engines. A quick release pin mechanism lets you install or adjust the clamp in hard-to-reach engine bay locations, and Viton O-rings seal the joint against boost pressure up to 500 PSI and heat up to 200°C.
The gold hard-anodised finish resists corrosion while adding a distinct look under the bonnet, and the clamp tolerates up to 12 degrees of axial misalignment from engine flex and vibration. Sized to suit 3.5" (89mm) intercooler and boost piping, the kit includes two weld ferrules, an internal sleeve and two Viton O-rings for a complete fitment.
