The Zoo Performance 3" Quick Release Intercooler Clamp Teal ZOO-1771-300T is a CNC machined aluminium clamp built to seal 76mm boost and intercooler piping. Machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminium and hard anodised in a teal finish, it pairs a quick release pin with Viton O-rings to seal against boost pressure while allowing fast removal for maintenance. The clamp is rated to a maximum operating pressure of 500 PSI and heat of up to 200°C, and tolerates up to 12 degrees of axial misalignment to cope with engine flex and vibration.
Each kit includes the clamp, two weld ferrules, an internal sleeve, a quick release pin and two Viton O-rings, giving you everything needed to fit the clamp to 76mm (3") piping.
