The Zoo Performance Quick Release Intercooler Clamp Silver ZOO-1771-300S is a 76mm (3 inch) clamp designed to secure boost and intercooler piping on turbocharged engines. CNC machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminium and hard anodised in silver, it is built for high pressure, high heat applications up to 500 PSI and 200°C. The quick release pin mechanism allows fast installation and adjustment in tight engine bays, while the Viton O-rings supplied with the kit maintain an optimum seal under boost.
Each kit includes the clamp, two weld ferrules, an internal sleeve and two Viton O-rings for a complete fitment, and tolerates up to 12 degrees of axial misalignment from engine flex and vibration. The hard anodised finish keeps its silver appearance while resisting corrosion in the engine bay.
