The Zoo Performance 3" Quick Release Boost Clamp Gold ZOO-1771-300G secures 76mm intercooler and boost piping on turbocharged performance engines. CNC machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminium and hard anodised in gold, the clamp is built to handle engine flexing, boost movement and vibration while resisting corrosion. A quick release pin mechanism lets you install or remove the clamp quickly, even in hard to reach places in the engine bay.
The clamp is rated to a maximum operating pressure of 500 PSI and a maximum heat rating of up to 200°C, with Viton O-rings supplied for an optimum seal against boost pressure. The kit includes the clamp, two weld ferrules, an internal black sleeve, a quick release pin and two Viton O-rings, giving you everything needed for a complete 76mm intercooler pipe joint.
