The Zoo Performance 3" Boost Intercooler Aluminium Clamp ZOO-1671-300 is a CNC machined billet aluminium clamp built to secure 76mm (3") boost and intercooler piping on turbocharged and supercharged engines. Machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminium and hard anodised for anti-corrosion protection, the clamp is rated to a maximum operating pressure of 500 PSI and a maximum heat rating of 200°C, suiting the high pressure, high temperature conditions found in performance boost systems.
The clamp kit includes two weld ferrules, an internal sleeve and two Viton O-rings for a complete, leak-resistant joint between pipe sections. Its compact billet design is suited to tight engine bay locations where access for installation and future adjustment is limited.
