The Zoo Performance 2.5" Boost/Intercooler Pipe Clamp Black ZOO-1671-250 is a CNC machined aluminium clamp designed to secure boost and intercooler piping under high pressure. Machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminium and hard anodised for corrosion resistance, it is rated to a maximum of 500 PSI and 200°C and can absorb up to 12 degrees of axial misalignment from engine flex and vibration.
The kit includes 2 weld ferrules, an internal sleeve and 2 Viton O-rings, giving a complete, ready to fit assembly for 2.5 inch (63mm) diameter piping. Finished in black, this clamp is backed by Zoo Performance's 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
