The Zoo Performance 2.5" 45 Degree Aluminium Elbow Bend ZOO-AP0045-12 is a mandrel bent aluminium pipe section for building custom intake, exhaust and intercooler piping. Made from 6061 aluminium with a 2mm wall thickness, it bends through a 45 degree angle with a 140mm leg length on each side, giving fabricators a drop-in section for custom pipework runs on a 2.5 inch (63mm) outside diameter.
Aluminium pipe bends like this stay lightweight and resist rust and corrosion, and the 6061 alloy is easy to weld, so it integrates cleanly into welded piping systems for turbo, intercooler and exhaust fabrication.
