The Zoo Performance Quick Release Boost Clamp 2" Silver ZOO-1771-200S is a CNC-machined aluminium clamp for 51mm (2") intercooler and boost pipework. Hard anodised for corrosion resistance, it uses a quick release pin and Viton O-rings to seal boost pressure up to 500 PSI and withstand continuous heat up to 200°C.
This boost clamp accommodates up to 12 degrees of axial misalignment, helping it cope with engine flexing, boost movement and vibration on turbocharged and supercharged performance engines. Each kit includes the silver anodised clamp body, two weld ferrules, a black internal sleeve, the quick release pin and two Viton O-rings for a complete joint seal.
