The Zoo Performance 2" Quick Release Intercooler Clamp Black ZOO-1771-200B is designed to secure boost and intercooler piping on performance vehicles. CNC machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminium and hard anodised in black, it resists corrosion while a quick release pin mechanism lets you install or adjust the clamp quickly in hard to reach places. Supplied with Viton O-rings for an optimised seal, it suits a 2 inch (51mm) hose diameter and is rated to a maximum operating pressure of 500 PSI and heat of up to 200°C.
The clamp accommodates up to 12 degrees of lateral misalignment, helping it withstand engine flexing, boost movement and vibration without loosening. Each kit includes two weld ferrules, an internal sleeve and a quick release pin alongside the clamp body, giving everything needed for a secure boost pipe or intercooler coupling installation.
