The Zoo Performance 1/2" Alloy Hardline Black ZOO-AL12B is a seamless aluminium fuel hard line for building custom fuel systems in performance and racing vehicles. Finished in anodised black for high corrosion resistance, the tube has a 1mm wall thickness and weighs just 100g per metre, keeping added fuel line weight to a minimum. It carries a burst pressure range of 800–1200 PSI and is compatible with methanol and E85 fuels, suiting high-performance and alternative-fuel builds.
Hardline tube is pre-cut into 7m rolls for convenient fabrication and is also available in 1/4", 3/8", 5/16" and 5/8" diameters alongside this 1/2" size. It pairs with Zoo Performance's 600 Series hardline fittings and straightening tool to complete a full fuel hard line system.
