The UNIMIG ER70S-6 Mild Steel Wire 0.6mm 1kg is a high-quality, copper-coated MIG welding wire engineered for solid, reliable welds on mild steel. The triple de-oxidised construction and elevated manganese and silicon content deliver porosity-free welds with high tensile strength, ideal for both DIY and professional applications.
The high silicon content increases weld pool fluidity, creating a smoother bead appearance and minimising post-weld grinding. Supplied on a precision layer wound 1kg plastic spool, the wire requires a shielding gas such as CO₂ or Argon/CO₂ mixes to complete the welding process.
