The UNIMIG HyperARC Ni 98 Cast Iron Electrodes 2.6mm 1kg is a graphite coated cast iron electrode featuring 98% nickel, designed for repairing cast iron components. It delivers excellent ARC stability, high penetration, less spatter and a concentrated ARC for cleaner welds on standard grades of cast iron.
HyperARC Ni 98 electrodes suit repairs to machinery and cast parts, including engine blocks, housings and pulleys, and meet the AWS A5.15 ENi-Cl classification. Each 1kg pack contains 2.6mm diameter rods sized for general cast iron repair work.
