The UNIMIG HyperARC 531 Hard Facing Electrodes 3.2mm 1kg, U63025 are steel stick electrodes designed for surfacing and resurfacing parts subject to heavy abrasion and moderate impact. The deposited layer delivers a hardness of 55 HRC with a smooth, stable ARC and minimal spatter, and is classified to DIN 8555 E2-UM-55 and AS/NZS 2576 1855-A4. Each 1kg pack contains 3.2mm diameter rods suited to standard stick welders.
UNIMIG HyperARC 531 electrodes suit surfacing worn parts of civil engineering equipment and heavy machinery, extending the working life of components exposed to wear. The weld deposit is non machinable and can only be finished by grinding, while the rods offer easy strike and re strike for consistent runs.
