The UNIMIG HyperARC 312L Stainless Steel Electrodes 3.2mm 2kg, U63020 is a stick electrode used for welding dissimilar steels or steels of unknown composition. It joins stainless steel to carbon and low-alloy steel with excellent ARC stability, high penetration, less spatter and a concentrated ARC, and is classified to AS/NZS 4854: ES312L-16 and AWS/ASME SFA5.4: E312-16.
This stainless electrode is suited to welding mild steel to stainless steel, buffering prior to hard facing, and general repairs and maintenance welding. It is supplied in a 3.2mm diameter in a 2kg pack.
