The UNIMIG Flashback Arrestor Acetylene Regulator, UFFAR protects acetylene regulators from flashback, gas return and burn-back during oxy-acetylene welding and cutting. It combines a gas non-return valve, a flame arrestor and a thermal cut-off valve, and fits single cylinders, torches and cutting machines for use with all standard gas types.
This flashback arrestor is manufactured to the international EN ISO 5175-1 standard (previously EN 730-1) and carries BAM certification, giving assurance that the regulator-mount device meets recognised safety benchmarks for gas welding and cutting equipment.
