The UNIMIG 316L TIG Filler Rod 2.4mm 1kg TI316L-2.4-1 is a low carbon TIG filler wire for welding 316 and 316L stainless steel alloys. It is also suitable for welding other 300 grade stainless steels such as 302 and 304, and can be used for gas welding with oxy/acetylene equipment. The rod meets the AWS/ASME SFA 5.9 ER316L classification, with DIN8556 WSG-2 Cr Ni Mo 1912 and EN1272 W19123 L designations.

This 2.4mm filler rod is supplied in a 1kg tube, with a 5kg tube also offered for larger stainless fabrication runs. The low carbon composition and 316L alloy suit precision TIG welding of stainless components where corrosion resistance is required.
