The Tridon Oil Filter Cap TCC025 is a replacement cartridge oil filter cap designed to seal and retain oil in cartridge-style lubrication systems on Mazda 3, Mazda 6, CX-7 and Ford Escape applications. Manufactured from glass filled nylon composite, it resists corrosion and heat degradation, two of the main causes of cracked or ill-fitting caps that lead to oil leaks and low oil pressure.
The TCC025 is built to OEM standards with the correct flute size and count, making it compatible with factory filter removal cups as well as Toledo and Ryco oil filter removal tools. It withstands a maximum tightening torque of 25Nm, exceeding OE specifications for a secure, leak-free seal every service.
